About Construction Workforce Training Center
The Construction Workforce Training Center was established
to help fill the urgent need for trained and qualified crafts
people for the construction industry in the Odessa-Midland
area.
The lack of training in the area is causing a shortage of
qualified construction help.
CWTC offers formal 2, 3 and 4 year Apprenticeship training for
Electrical, Instrumentation, Safety, Carpentry, Pipe Fitter, and
Construction Craft Laborer as well as:
Craft Skills Assessments for over 35 different Crafts
Operator Qualification Assessments for the Gas and liquid
pipe line DOT requirements
Performance Verifications for Craft and Operator Qualifications
Task / Upgrade / Custom Training
Exam Preparation Classes and training
Continuing Education Training for License Renewal
